The WBD team just got back from the Carmel Art & Film Festival in breathtaking Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. With crisp, sunny weather, waves crashing on silky sand beaches under smooth golden-brown cliffs and lush green lawns punctuated by crooked Cypress trees it was a cruel place indeed to lure filmmakers who rarely leave their edit caves and to then ask them to stay indoors and watch more films! Yet we powered through, enjoying the stunning landscapes, perfect weekend weather, and of course the incredible selection of films screening at the festival. We’re honored to be in such good company – check out the stellar lineup!:
